A chemical manufacturing company in Jalgaon required end-to-end plant consultancy, covering civil planning, structural design, equipment selection, utility routing, and complete installation support.
The objective was to establish a safe, efficient, and compliant production facility with proper segregation of process areas, utility rooms, chemical handling zones, and safety systems.
Adhyntra was appointed to deliver concept-to-commissioning engineering support, ensuring smooth production flow, optimized space utilization, and compliance with industrial safety standards.

1️⃣ Site Study & Requirement Analysis
- Evaluated land area, soil conditions & available infrastructure
- Studied process flow, raw material requirements & equipment load

- Structural design for plant buildings, platforms & mezzanines

- Load calculations, wind load, seismic requirements as per IS standards
4️⃣ Equipment Design & Setup Planning
Prepared engineering & installation drawings for:
- Reactors (GLR / SS / MSRL depending on process)
- Storage tanks – vertical / horizontal
- Heat exchangers, condensers & scrubbers
- Pumps, filters & process skids
- Safety accessories (relief valves, flame arrestors, earthing)
