
Vertical Storage Tank Design (300 KL–500 KL) & Distribution Network – Liquor Manufacturing Plant
⭐ PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A leading liquor manufacturing plant required eight vertical above-ground storage tanks ranging from 300 KL to 500 KL, designed as per API 650 standards for safe storage of alcohol and process liquids.
The scope also included designing a complete transfer and distribution pipeline network, pump sizing, and a multi-point loading/unloading system to ensure efficient material movement across production, storage, and dispatch areas.
Adhyntra Pvt Ltd provided end-to-end engineering, covering tank design, foundation details, MOC selection, piping network, pump calculations, safety accessories, and operational integration.

1️⃣ Requirement Study & Process Analysis
- Assessed storage capacity requirements for different products
